April 2026 — International Certification Milestone

April 11, the company completed U.S. FDA Cosmetics Facility Registration (FEI Number: 3043958389, valid until April 11, 2028) in accordance with the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA), officially securing market access qualifications for the United States and North American markets.

Thus, within less than one and a half years of its establishment, Sanhe Cosmetics has built a comprehensive international compliance system encompassing ISO 22716, GMPC, and FDA registration, fully aligning its quality control with global standards.

April 2026 — International Certification Milestone

The company achieved a major breakthrough in its internationalization process. From April 2 to 3, 2026, DEKRA, a globally recognized certification body, conducted a comprehensive on-site audit of the company's perfume manufacturing management system. Based on the audit findings, the company simultaneously obtained two internationally recognized certifications on April 13:

ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices Certification (Certificate Registration No.: DH2026GMP(B)0043).
GMPC (Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice) Certification, in accordance with the guidelines published by the U.S. FDA (Certificate Registration No.: DH2026GMP(D)0043).

The scope of both certifications covers "The Manufacture of Perfume," valid until April 12, 2029.

Full Year 2025 — Building Production Capacity

The standardized clean production workshop, covering an area of 6,000 m², was completed and put into operation. Six automatic perfume filling lines were successively installed and commissioned. The R&D, quality control, production, and client service teams were established, with the workforce growing to over 100 employees. By year-end, stable daily production capacity exceeded 100,000 bottles, with annual capacity reaching 30 million bottles, marking the full formation of the company's complete closed-loop perfume manufacturing system.

April 2025 — Compliance Foundation

The company obtained its business license upon approval and registration by the Market Supervision Administration of Jindong District, Jinhua City, establishing the legal foundation for standardized corporate operations.

December 2024 — Setting Sail

Jinhua Sanhe Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established at Building 2, No. 5566 Caotangli Highway, Hanxiang Village, Tangya Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The founding team, bringing over five years of professional experience in the perfume and daily chemical industry with deep expertise in fragrance R&D, production processes, and market trends, was fully assembled, marking the official launch of the company's perfume manufacturing operations.
